I recently spent a week at Poveste and was astounded by how this charming lodge exceeded my high expectations. Nestled in a tranquil area, the beautifully preserved houses offered an oasis of peace, making it an ideal base for my adventures in the Carpathian Mountains. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as the electric kettle and tea and coffee facilities, which allowed me to relax with a warm drink on the lovely terrace each morning. The friendly host went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, providing excellent recommendations for local excursions. The attention to detail in the decor, including the lovely parquet flooring and cozy sitting area, made the space feel like a home away from home. I can't recommend this eco-friendly retreat enough for anyone seeking a unique experience in Romania's stunning landscapes.
